Lesson Two (Second Year)

Nat walked into her classroom good twenty minutes before class.
She quickly made her way over to the chalkboard and wrote "Take a seat and wait for your partner,"

She'd decided to be random in this lesson and put a piece of paper on the desks, which had a name of a student and then their partner on it.

Mister Holloway and Mister Rider

Mister Wyatt and Mister Maslin

Miss Winters and Miss Baer

Miss Rose and Miss Petersen

Miss Black and Miss Spinnett

She then propped herself up on her desk and preformed the spell she'd decided to use this time to scare her students a little.
She felt the familiar ticklish feeling when she felt her self growing smaller, until she was just about the size of a quill. She wasn't even sure if her students would see her. But she was eager to see if they did and hope they'd all be on time this time.

Jess hurried into the rockology classroom. She had missed the last lesson and hoped the Professor wouldn't call her out on it. Usually she was on time for every class, but she was so tired after full moons it was hard to keep up.

Soon as she entered Jess looked around for the teacher, but for some reason could not see her. Shrugging and taking a seat in the back of the classroom she sat propping her head up against her hand ,almost falling alsleep.

Of all the sodding luck in the world, Jack had ended up next to Sky Rider, and he could say he was less than thrilled. Remembering his pact with Mel about being friendly, however, he gritted his teeth and sat down.

"Morning Miss," he greeted Professor Wyatt. "This is the first time I've been on time to this lesson." And the last too if he had to sit next to Sky bloody Rider.

Zytka walked to the Rocklogy classroom, and sighed she wasn't really liking this school, she missed her friend, and she hadn't really made any friends during her stay on Mars, sure, she knew a few names, but nothing more than that.

She walked up to a desk and sat down, noticing the small piece of paper lying there, she looked up and searched for Jessica Winters.

"Uhm, Jessica, it says here on this note that you're my partner or something like that." She said, holding up the piece of paper and pointing at it.

What. The. Hell.

Of all the people who Sky could've gotten partnered up with, he got partnered up with the arse Jack. Could he had gotten partnered up with Jess? Nope. Because the universe just seemed to hate him.

He didn't want to be his partner, but Sky had promised Mel that he'd attempt being civil towards Jack. So he just decided to suck it up and take a seat. Muttering a barely audible 'hey', Sky stared straight ahead and ignored him.

This was going to be a very long year...

Natalie sighed and glanced at the clock, she closed her eyes and apparated (teacher's had been given special rights and could apparate inside of Pigfarts).

She showed up on the table of a unknowing student, Sky Rider.
After a minute, she pulled her wand up and turned herself back into her right size, now sitting on the desk of the boy.

"Good day!" she greeted and looked around to see if someone was shocked to suddenly see her. "People still haven't learned about lateness have they?" She sighed.

"Right, today I am going to do something fun." she got of the table and pointed her wand at the cups on her desk and levitated one cup on each desk. "Drink this," She instructed. "Then I want one you to decide who gets to go first. The one that goes first, transforms their partner into a rock, using the spell you learned last class. And then you put some of the glitter over there-" with another wave of hand some glitter appeared on each table. "And then you throw your fellow-partner-rock into a wall and then its his or her turn!" She smiled, "Comprende?"

She walked towards her desk, turning around as she reached it. "And no worries, if you don't succed doing the spell and turning your partner into the stone,, nothing will happen to them because of that drink-" she waved a hand to the cup. "So you can try again and again. If you do succed on the charm, your partner will turn into stone."
